All bookings can be made through our website using the availability calendars. If you have any problems with bookings or payment methods please let us know. 

Yes, we allow two 'well behaved' dogs in each of our properties. Please note that there is a £20 surcharge per pet payable at time of booking.

Our changeover days are Friday's and Monday's. Your check-in time is from 4pm on the day of arrival, Check-out is before 10am on day of departure. If you wish to request an early check in or late check out, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate any requests. These may be subject to a surcharge. 

All of our properties have key boxes. The day before arrival, you will receive an email with the location and key box code. On departure, you must replace the keys inside the box and re-arrange the numbers to ensure it is locked for security reasons. 

We can supply a number of special extra touches. If what your looking for isn't listed on our website at time of booking, please contact us. 

If you have any queries with your booking, please contact us directly. Should you need any further assistance during your stay, all emergency numbers can be located in the welcome folders. 

Passes are advised as you wont have access to any of the park facilities without them. Although we do have guests that just wish to use the Caravan, therefor decide against purchasing them. Should you wish to book any activities, you will be asked to show your pass on attendance. 

Passes are supplied by away resorts however as a private guest you must purchase these through us. If you wish to purchase passes, please let us know prior to your stay. They will be sent to you electronically closer to your arrival date. 

All activities and swimming can be booked through the below link. You do NOT need your guest passes to book, however these will be needed on attendance. More information on booking activities and using the link will be sent out in your booking email.
